Built on a different philosophy
Dr. Joie Jager-Hyman founded College Prep 360 after seeing firsthand what distinguishes the students who stand out most.
As an Assistant Director of Admissions at Dartmouth College, she helped evaluate thousands of applications from some of the country's most accomplished students. What stood out wasn't the length of a student's résumé, but the authenticity of their interests—and the curiosity, initiative, and purpose behind what they chose to pursue.
That insight became the foundation of College Prep 360 and the focus of Joie's career. After Dartmouth, she earned her Doctor of Education from Harvard University and authored two bestselling books on college admissions, continuing to challenge conventional thinking about what helps students thrive.
Instead of helping students think first about the application, she created an approach that begins with the student. The result is an admissions process that reflects genuine growth and hard-earned achievement—not a profile engineered solely for appearances.
