    Sophia

For the past decade, Sophia has been helping U.S. and international students navigate the college admissions process. As a college consultant, she has guided her students to some of the most competitive colleges in the country, including the Ivy League. Sophia loves to help students realize their full potential and find the right fit for long-term success.

Sophia deeply understands the pressure that is placed on high school students during the college admissions process, and she tries to transform this process into an enlightening—and even occasionally fun!—experience. Her goal is for students to be confident and proud, and maybe even discover something about themselves along the way.

As an undergraduate at Harvard University, Sophia began her career working with prospective students as an Admissions Representative in the Admissions Office. There, she assisted seasoned admissions officers and ensured that the entire admissions process ran smoothly for both officers and high school hopefuls. On graduating in 2015, Sophia moved to London where she became the Head of U.S. College Admissions for an international consulting group, helming the department for three years.

In 2021, Sophia co-founded the U.S. Admissions Department for an education startup where she hired and trained a team. Under her leadership, the department flourished, successfully placing students in the most competitive universities. After leaving this position, she continued to work as a freelance college consultant back in the U.S.

Along with consulting, Sophia works part-time in television and film. She’s accumulated credits on such works as Wonder Woman 1984, The Flash, The Batman (2022), and Tokyo Vice. She loves working, talking about, and watching movies and shows of any kind, which is secondary only to her passion for reading.
