As the Video Coach and Curriculum Lead, Liz empowers students to create dynamic video supplements for college applications that make a lasting impact. With universities increasingly embracing video content, Liz helps students authentically showcase their unique qualities and demonstrate why they’re exceptional candidates through powerful, personalized videos. 

A Brooklyn-based filmmaker, Liz brings years of creative and video development experience along with a background teaching film at the university level. Her indie feature Becks premiered at the 2017 LA Film Festival, where it won Best US Narrative Film before its theatrical release on major platforms. Her documentary feature The Perfect Victim premiered at the Hot Springs International Film Festival, aired on PBS, and earned a Telly Award and a Silver Gavel Nomination. Additionally, her short film DYLAN was recognized as a Vimeo Staff Pick and screened worldwide.

Liz spent a decade writing and directing at MTV, earning an Emmy Award and multiple Mark Awards. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, she is passionate about storytelling that amplifies personal and social impact.
