  • Carol

    Carol has over 13 years of higher education experience in admissions, recruitment, and program management. She is a former Assistant Director of Admission at Stanford University, where she evaluated thousands of applications, conducted admissions presentations to prospective applicants, and participated in admissions committee reviews. Carol is the former Acting Executive Director and Director of Operations of the Berkeley-Columbia Executive MBA program at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Her role included evaluating applications and interviewing applicants in conjunction with Columbia Business School. She is currently an alumni interviewer for London Business School and sits on the Board of Directors for an entrepreneurship nonprofit. In addition, Carol was the founding Chief Operating Officer of Draper University, a leading entrepreneurship program in Silicon Valley, where she set up and led the admissions process.

    Carol has a comprehensive understanding of highly selective college admissions at the undergraduate and graduate level. She specializes in helping students differentiate themselves and create a compelling application highlighting their strengths. Carol provides expert guidance and structure throughout the process, helps students find the best fit for their longer term goals, and develop their interests in ways that are impactful.

    Carol received a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and an MBA from London Business School. She has worked in Consulting and Finance in addition to Education.
